Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Here's how our return and refund process works.

Physical products

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at support@pearpick.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: we do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for example, a wrong or defective item).

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@pearpick.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right at no extra cost to you.

Digital products

All digital products — including ebooks and courses — are non-refundable. Because digital goods are delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective.
