Shipping policy

We want to be upfront about how and when your order will arrive. Here's everything you need to know.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping time

Once your order has been dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 10–20 business days to arrive. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum spend required.

International shipping

We currently focus on US orders but do ship to other English-speaking countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at support@pearpick.com and we'll look into it for you.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. You will receive access details by email shortly after your purchase is confirmed.
