Return & Refund Policy
1. No-Questions-Asked 30-Day Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for any reason — no questions asked.
Conditions: Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
2. 1-Year Limited Warranty (All Products)
All products come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
Warranty covers: Manufacturing defects and mechanical or electrical failure under normal use.
Warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Warranty resolution (at our discretion): Repair, replacement, or refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
Note: For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, the warranty covers return shipping costs once the issue is confirmed.
3. How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
To initiate a return or warranty claim, please provide your order number, the item(s) being returned, and photos or video if the item is faulty or damaged to our email fabpuka@yahoo.com (No explanation is required for change-of-mind returns).
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, returns are not accepted for items showing signs of use or items returned incomplete or damaged by the customer.
6. Shipping Scope
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address details.
7. Disputes
We aim to resolve all issues fairly and promptly in accordance with applicable U.S. laws.
