Shipping Information
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Estimated Delivery Time: 14-31 days from order placement
Total delivery time consists of handling time plus transit time:
- Handling Time: 0-3 days (the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment)
- Transit Time: 14-28 days (the time it takes the carrier to deliver your package)
Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM PST / 14:00 Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles, GMT-08:00)
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST may be processed the same day (0 days handling). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and destination
- Public holidays may extend delivery estimates
- The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is calculated based on your order time, handling time, and transit time
Order Processing
We process orders 7 days a week (Mon-Sun). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.
Important: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address details provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Return & Refund Policy
1. No-Questions-Asked 30-Day Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for any reason—no questions asked.
Conditions:
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are not refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
2. 1-Year Limited Warranty (All Products)
All products come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
Warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Mechanical or electrical failure under normal use
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
Warranty resolution (at our discretion):
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund if repair or replacement is not possible
3. How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:
- Order number
- Item(s) being returned
- Photos or video if the item is faulty or damaged

4. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account
5. Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, returns are not accepted for:
- Items showing signs of use
- Items returned incomplete or damaged by the customer
6. Return Shipping Instructions
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including:
- Return shipping address
- Return authorization number (if applicable)
- Packaging guidelines
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. For warranty claims on faulty or defective items, we will cover return shipping costs once the issue is confirmed.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
- Tracking your package closely after shipment
- Providing a secure delivery location
- Contacting the carrier immediately if a package is marked as delivered but not received
