Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant, industry-standard secure payment processors. PearPick does not store your full card details on our server.

Pricing & Total Cost

The price displayed on the product page is the price you pay. Your order total consists of the product price, shipping costs, and any applicable sales tax based on your shipping address. Shipping costs and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your payment. We do not charge any hidden processing, handling, or service fees.

Order & Payment Processing

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Once you complete checkout, your payment is authorised and captured immediately and you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed 7 days a week. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST may be processed the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

Please note that an order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If this occurs, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued promptly.

Payment Security

We take the security of your payment information seriously. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption, and all card payments are handled by PCI-DSS certified third-party processors — your card details are never stored by PearPick. All transactions are monitored for fraud.

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If you are paying with a non-USD account, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion rate. PearPick is not responsible for any foreign exchange fees charged by your financial institution.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy and a 1-year limited warranty on all products. Once a return or warranty claim is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 10 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs once the issue is confirmed.

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact us at fabpuka@yahoo.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. For damaged or defective items, please include photos or a short video.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. If you have any concerns about a payment or your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to respond within 1–24 hours. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that do not comply with our return and refund policy.
